DIY: Tulle Skirt
I put together a tulle skirt near the end of last year and it was a bit of a struggle to make the tutorial since I didn't feel 100% about how I filmed things. I really hoped to bring the best! But sometimes I just need to put it the content out there, hope that someone finds it inspirational, and move on understanding that it's all a growing process.
At least I can move on in a huge tulle skirt.
