Through the questions and discussion, the ideas that rose to the surface were to do your research and keep up with industry news, collaborate with people often, and really spend some time thinking about what differentiates you from the rest. I can't call myself an expert, but I'm grateful that the experience I have had with youtube and my viewers is still more than enough to share.
